Environmental Design + Multi-Location Production

For Texas Roadhouse, I designed and coordinated the production of custom back-of-house communication boards for multiple restaurant locations. Each installation was tailored to the location’s specific dimensions and operational needs, creating an organized, brand-consistent system for communicating goals, company priorities, secret shopper scores, news, upcoming events, and other team information. The boards featured white printed graphics on black dry-erase surfaces, allowing content to be easily updated by restaurant leadership.
