Following the restoration of a historic 1910 Mediterranean-inspired home in downtown Waco, Migel House needed an identity that could bring together its architectural heritage, local history, and transformation into an elegant bed and breakfast. I developed a refined visual system pairing ocean blues and bright whites with contemporary layouts, classical typography, and a distinctive logo inspired by details found in the home’s original masonry. The identity extended across an integrated mix of digital, social, and print marketing that helped establish Migel House as a distinctive local hospitality destination.
