This monthly restaurant business focused publication features articles on every aspect of the restaurant industry and provides insightful information to primarily owners, and managers. The idea is to deliver real knowledge from success stories and news in the industry that can directly impact the business.

The point of view of Back of House is that of an informed advisor or coach on the restaurant industry; there to give you advice when you need it and constantly inspiring you to do better in your trade. The personality in writing and design would exhibit a professional approach. Writing would be well-crafted, occasionally but not overly humorous, and always purposeful. Design would be clean, contemporary and have an expert appeal.
